The Problem It’s no secret that email can be a nuisance, yet we rely on it so much in our day to day jobs. Some even challenge themselves on a daily basis to get to inbox zero, only for another flurry of messages to arrive. It’s an ongoing battle that we can’t avoid, but we think we have come up with the tool to win the war. We’d like to introduce Postbag. The Solution Postbag is an email application that turns your boring, standard inbox into an image gallery of friends, clients and contacts. It’s a visual approach to an everyday task. Postbag connects to your contacts to find images of your friends so you can glance at your inbox and see visually who has emailed you. It’s more social, more personable and more interesting. That’s Postbag in a nutshell. More specifically,Postbag is a new email engine, protocol and app combined into the one seriously big platform. It’s so big in fact that we have divided it into two projects, the email engine and then the app.
