This service's purpose is to bring like-minded people in the Scottish startup community of Founders, Hackers and Entrepreneurs together to empower and inspire each others success with pragmatic discussions and activities inspired by the lean startup pioneers Steve Blank, Eric Ries and Ash Maurya. We also believe no one is better qualified than entrepreneurs who are personally 'in the growth hacking trenches' to inspire and guide you to success; to recommend resources and answer questions on the most riskiest areas of your startup. The groups objectives are: - Learn and apply the most effective Lean Startup principles - Learn from each other's experiences - Develop relationships with like-minded entrepreneurs - Focus on specific startup challenges i.e. validation, traction, funding etc - Tap into each other's knowledge, resources and networks - Set goals and encourage accountability
